Az alábbi feladatokban számítunk Rád:
- Manage and develop the Pickup and Locker network, including acquisition and onboarding of new partners,
- Define, distribute, and supervise tasks for Back OPS and Pickup teams; ensure resources and organizational development,
- Plan, operate, and develop device fleets for Pickup Points and Lockers,
- Monitor and evaluate network performance; implement corrective actions and process improvements,
- Prepare and update operational manuals, guidelines, and procedures,
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners,
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, analyses, and presentations,
- Participate in or lead projects related to OOH network development and optimization,
- Train team members and partners; support skill development and retention strategies,
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.
Mi szükséges ahhoz, hogy Te legyél a tökéletes jelölt számunkra?
- Higher education degree in economics, logistics, or technical field,
- Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience,
- Practical experience in logistics or retail network operations and development,
- Project management experience (at least 2 years),
- Fluent English (spoken and written),
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint),
- Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools (Power BI),
- Leadership and team development,
- Strategic and analytical thinking,
- Communication and negotiation skills,
- Flexibility and stress resilience,
- Category B driving license.
